I have gone through all of these recommendations. I have a new W7 and a 300MBps (download) Eero mesh network. I temporarily disabled my Eero to 2.5G. I have “rebooted” my router, my modem and gateway router, along with the camera. At present, my camera is 3′ away from the nearest Eero router. That, too, has been re-booted.
This all started when I attempted to sign on with my wife’s iPhone. I went offline, and have not been able to come up since. There are no ‘special symbols’ in my network password. I am ready to turn it in or throw it out after spending 8+ hours trying to diagnose.
