Ring application allows you to install, control and manage all the doorbells that you might have.
That means you can easily connect the doorbell for your home, office, vacation home, or even individual doorbells around the place to make them work perfectly.
It also gets you all the locations through GPS and you can see them on the map.
However, if Ring App is not being able to load your locations or show some error like “Unable To Load Locations”, here is how you can fix it up.
Ring App Couldn’t Load Locations
1. Check connectivity
You will need to check on the connectivity the first thing. Your Wi-Fi should be up and running at all the doorbells and your device must have an active internet connection.
Make sure that that is fine and you will have the feature running in no time at all.
You will also need to run a check on your VPN configurations. To make that sure, you will need to check on the VPN on your router as well.
Also, make sure that your phone doesn’t have the VPN enabled and has unrestricted access to the internet.
2. Check Application Permissions
The next thing that you need to check on your mobile phone is application permissions. Your Doorbell application should have permission to connect over the Wi-Fi and all the other features and sensors on your phone.
Also, enable GPS and location permissions on your phone and that will essentially be solving the problem for you.
3. Reset Doorbells
If you are unable to make the locations feature work on your phone, one or more of your doorbells might be having some issues and you need to make it work by resetting the doorbells that you have.
It should be easy enough for you and reset each doorbell individually. Once the doorbells are reset to their original settings, they will also be updating the software and it might take some time for them to restart.
Let the process complete and you will have your locations feature up and running in no time at all.
4. Re-install the Application
Now, if nothing above has worked for you, there is nothing to panic about. You can easily manage it by re-installing the application.
What you need to do is to make sure that you are clearing up all the data of the Ring application before you uninstall it.
Once you have cleared all the data, uninstall the application on your phone and then install it again from the relevant app store that supports your device.
This is going to help you in multiple ways as you will be having the latest version of the application that will cease to have any errors.
Even if you download the same version, you will be wiping out any errors or settings that can cause you to face the issue with the location not working.
So, you will need to set it up again and connect it with all the doorbells. This will be fixing up the problem for good.
Ring alerts me when someone comes into view from the cameras. But when I go to look at the video I get a message that it can’t locate the device and the circling cursor rotates endlessly. If I clear the phone and just tape the Ring icon I get a message that it Couldn’t load your locations and tells me to try again,If I Retry the screen goes black and a darker spoked cursor rotates forever. Sometimes it tells me my phone has a poor connection and I should use WiFi.But I am connected to WiFi and its showing 4 solid bars. Then after waiting awhile a message pops up that is is Unable to Authorize and try again later.
Anyone have an idea what’s going on?
Delete data and re-install? It is stuck on cannot load location, hours and hours of frustration ruined this day. Still not working, tried everything. If the system is down…

the setup is stuck in Location. Will not respond. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Why does this not work?
