How To Log Out Of Nixplay?
To use a new Nixplay account with your current frame, you will have to first unpair the frame from the account and then log into the new account to pair the frame again. One unit can’t work with two accounts at the same time, and you should always remove the device from the first account before pairing it up again.
- Login to the Nixplay application and then proceed to the frame that you would like to remove. You can select the “Unpair frame” option from the lower right settings menu and then enter your account credentials to remove the frame.
- Now, Connect the frame to power and then hold down on the Wi-Fi button on the unit to remove it from the router. You can use a paperclip to press the reset button on the back of your Nixplay unit and proceed with the reset.
- At this point, you just have to browse the account settings through the home page and proceed to log out of your Nixplay account.
- Once you’re on the signup screen, use your new account credentials to log into the Nixplay account, and then power up your Nixplay frame to connect it with the new account.
