The Furbo white light is there to show that your camera is currently active and needs to be set up. This light should turn green after a few seconds, and then you can proceed with the setup. However, some owners pointed out that their unit didn’t change color to green even after waiting for a few minutes. The unit won’t pair up with the application, and the white light will show up when the unit is powered up.

- Check Power Outlet
Voltage issues are not that rare, and owners often mention that their electrical units have not been serviced in a while. There is a good chance that your camera is not getting sufficient voltage from the power outlet.
Even if the white light is on, that doesn’t mean the power supply is optimal. You can further confirm this suspicion by using a multimeter with electrical connections. Once you’re sure that the power is insufficient, the only solution is to find a different spot.
- Use A Different Power Adapter
Problems with the adapter are just as common, where the device won’t get to setup mode and keep presenting white light to the owners. If you’re using any off-brand power adapter, then now is a good time to switch to a more established option that can keep up with the power demands of your Furbo unit.
Once the power adapter is replaced, try powering up the Furbo unit and wait for around five minutes. Hopefully, the light will turn green and you’ll be able to set up the Furbo system without bothering with further issues.

Sometimes, it is just a bit of debris between the connection points that are behind this issue with Furbo white light. There is no harm in using an air blower to get rid of this debris as you try to power up the Furbo system again. Make sure to firmly secure the cable both in the adapter port as well as the Furbo unit itself. - Hard Reset Your Dog Camera

However, there is always a possibility that you’re dealing with programming bugs that are interfering with your camera. The only solution for these programming bugs is to hard reset the dog camera by inserting a paper clip behind the unit. Keep on holding the reset button for 30 seconds and let it go once the LED lights start to change color.
Wait for the camera to come online and present a white light once more. The light should switch to green within the next 2 minutes if the dog camera is not defective and was malfunctioning because of programming bugs.
- Claim Warranty
If you’ve gone through all of these methods and the device is still not working, then you need to claim a warranty for your unit. Your Furbo unit probably has some defects, and it should be replaced immediately. Luckily, the warranty policy maintained by Furbo will cover this issue, and you won’t have to spend more money to secure a replacement from the Furbo dealer.
