1) Toggle the Bluetooth

3) Reinstall the application
Sometimes there is an issue with not the connectivity or Bluetooth but your application that might cause you to face issues like this and you will need to have that fixed the right manner. All you need to do is clear all the application data and then uninstall the application. Once you have uninstalled the application, you will need to restart your phone.
After a successful restart, you can just start over the phone and install the right application from your app store. 4) Replace batteries
If you are unable to make it work even after trying all of the steps above, you might need to reconsider the methods you are using and you should check on the batteries on your smart lock. If you feel like your batteries are weak, replacing them with a fresh pair will sort out all the issues for you and you will be able to use the smart lock system without any issues.
